How to select Stock Images

You can create your bundle by selecting from over 1,900 stock images, but please note that you must choose from only these stock images. Any images/collections not shown in the Stock Images area cannot be selected. That includes the Everybooth Collection.

To list your selected design, enter its name in the field below, where it says "If Picking Stock Designs..."

Make sure the name of your stock selection is EXACT - for example, ABSTRACT SHERBERT, Or BABY PINK. If double-sided, then write in both sides (i.e., ABSTRACT SHERBERT/BABY PINK) These are custom-built products; we are NOT responsible for an incorrect choice.

If using your own Custom Design instead of stock images, you have two options:

  1. You can give us your print-ready files for your custom design (no additional charge);
  2. You can have us create your design for you (requires a $50 deposit).

Maximum file size is 102400KB, file types are ai, pdf, psd, eps, tiff

The Swoop-floor Custom Pillow Cover Backdrop is sized at 20ft across by 10ft high (single or double -sided), with a floor that extends out 15ft. The frame is strong yet light-weight for easy portability and assembles in minutes with no tools required. The swoop-floor backdrop can support your custom artwork, or you may select from our thousands of ready-to-go designs.

Use

This is a large-scale display. It is an excellent application for trade shows and public exhibit spaces, and it works great for weddings and similar private events where an entire wall becomes your backdrop. But because of the unique swoop-floor feature it is a display you can walk into.

Custom Artwork

This swoop-floor backdrop is fully customizable. You have three design options:

  1. Create your own artwork. The design is entirely up to you. Simply send us your graphic image in a ready-to-print format (see "How to Submit Your Artwork" below).
  2. We can design it for you. If you need help with the design, our graphic artists are standing by to help. When they're done, your image will be perfectly ready-to-print.
  3. Select from one of our Stock Images. (click here to view designs) IMPORTANT: Stock images are square images. We reformat them to fit non-square backdrops and they work perfectly well this way, but please note that some cropping may occur. Since the center of the image is where it's all happening, losing a tiny bit of edge is not a big deal. In most cases you won't even notice. Like any picture, if you change the frame ratio, some small part of the picture (top & bottom or left & right side) will be left out.

The Blackout Backdrop (product addon) - What is it?

The Blackout Backdrop is designed to stop background light shining through - exactly as the name implies. You can use it on its own (it will be black) or in combination with more translucent pillow backdrops to block out background light. To learn more, click here.

These backdrops are custom-made to order and no returns on them are available.

If applicable, note that you cannot select Mermaid Pillow Backdrops here. They are a different product and can be found here. Also note that designs showing sequins and sparkles do not use real sequins and sparkles; the ones on pillow tension fabric are printed.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. PB Backdrops is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Product Order Notes
  • All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders available upon request, for an additional fee.
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
  • International Orders - the site does not currently calculate International Shipping Charges. After your order is placed we will contact you with your exact shipping quotes.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
  • Returns: to see our Return Policy, please click here. Specifically: you MUST check your order within 30 days for errors in printing or construction so we may address them and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
  • AI & Stock Images: Stock designs may include elements generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. These elements are always integrated into custom compositions and finalized through professional design software to ensure image quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the use of AI-assisted tools in the design process.
