The Pillow Frame with TV Bracket features a reinforced frame to suspend up to a 42" TV or Monitor with max weight recommended of 18lbs. The frame includes twin horizontal suspension bars across a central support pole for strength and balance, is made of 32mm aluminum, and clips together in minutes. Disassembly is just as easy, and the poles fit comfortably into the included Deluxe Carry Bag for ease of transportation.
This frame will fit all your existing backdrops even when not utilizing the tv mount.

NOTE: It is up to each client to cut the holes for the bracket in each backdrop used. The best method is to use a lighter and burn the holes which surge the material from running.

Deluxe Carry Bag
The Deluxe with Pockets includes 3 pockets, Velcro seals, extra padding, and extra straps. It's made of durable 1200d material, making it twice as thick and robust and therefore exceptionally tough and long-lasting as most any bag out there.

Made of quality elastic polyester fabric, this table cover adds an attractive, professional appearance to your event table while letting your customers know exactly what they need to do before getting their picture snapped: grab a prop, strike a pose.
These backdrops are custom-made to order and no returns on them are available.
If applicable, note that you cannot select Mermaid Pillow Backdrops here. They are a different product and can be found here. Also note that designs showing sequins and sparkles do not use real sequins and sparkles; the ones on pillow tension fabric are printed.
If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.
If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS
- Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
- When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).
Product Order Notes
- All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 business days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders available upon request, for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
- PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
- International Orders - This product includes shipping to almost anywhere in the world with a few exceptions. We will contact you prior to production if you are one of the exceptions.
- PB Backdrops is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be due prior to the carrier delivering your products.
