About this Backdrop

This pillow cover backdrop consists of a stock image with these characteristics/features:

Primary color(s): Red, Teal, Orange, Green, Purple, Blue, Yellow
Primary theme(s): Neon background with the neon pattern reflected in the swoop (floor). This backdrop incorporates a vertical (backdrop) and horizontal (floor swoop) design.
Primary use: Media Day for high school, college, or professional sports programs

Backdrop Frame Sizing

By default, this backdrop is sized for our standard 7.6 (2,280mm x 2,250mm) stand. You can change it to True 8 x 8 (2,438mm x 2,438mm), 8 x 7.5 (2,438 x 2,286), or request custom sizing if your stand is NOT from PBBackdrops. We make every effort to ensure the pillow cover fits your specific stand.

Please be sure to select/confirm your exact stand size. All backdrops are custom-made. There are no refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size.

Backside Print Options (Stock Image or Custom Design)

You can make the Swoop Backdrop Double-sided, but please keep in mind that the second side (backside) does NOT include the swoop (floor area). For double-sided, you can select the backside ONLY from our thousands of stock designs or provide your own custom design (there's no extra charge). If you choose no printing on the backside, then backside is white.

¹ We cannot guarantee an absolute fit for stands not manufactured by PBB, as we cannot verify the tube sizing. However, if you provide the sizing (in mm) in the options above, we will ensure the fit as close as possible.

Pillow Cover Backdrop Defined

PIllow Cover Backdrops, also known as Tension Fabric Backdrops, or Photo Booth backdrops, are primarily used for photo booth events, but also see wide application in Expos/Trade Shows and in a variety of corporate marketing strategies. These backdrops consist of a photorealistic image printed onto 240g tension fabric that is then slipped over a frame "like a pillow case" - hence its name. Standard sizing is 8 x 8 feet (actual 7.6 x 7.6 feet), but they can range up to 12 feet high or 30 feet in length. Moreover, for large-scale use they are often "chained" with special clips to form walls or enclosures.

The Blackout Backdrop (product addon) - What is it?

The Blackout Backdrop is designed to stop background light shining through - exactly as the name implies. You can use it on its own (it will be black) or in combination with more translucent pillow backdrops to block out background light. To learn more, click here.

PB Base Sox - Protective Backdrop Base Covers (product addon) - What is it?

Our PB Base Sox are designed to cover the exposed metal base on our Pillow Stands while adding an extra layer of protection between the stand and your client's floors. They are sold in pairs (2), and you get both a Black and a White pair. You can also choose a custom color. For custom colors, you must select the Custom Color option, then add your color in CMYK in the provided field. You also get two pairs in this color.

How to Submit Your BACKSIDE Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

Template size specs must be observed
Resolution: 150dpi
File size MUST be under 300 MB
Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Order Notes

Note that this product is pillow cover backdrop only, although you do have the option to add a stand.
All Tension Fabric backdrops are made to order unless otherwise specified above. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders are available upon request for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
Note that you cannot select Mermaid Pillow Backdrops here. They are a different product and can be found here. Also note that designs showing sequins and sparkles do not use real sequins and sparkles; the ones on pillow tension fabric are printed.
