How to select Stock Images

You can create your bundle by selecting from 2,000+ stock images, but please note that you must choose from only these stock images. Any images/collections not shown in the Stock Images area cannot be selected. That includes the Everybooth Collection.

Note that the names MUST be exact. These are custom-built products; we are NOT responsible for an incorrect choice.

Custom Design: You may also substitute your own design for one or more of our backdrops. The price for this is calculated by the "side" ($15/side). You may do so by writing in "CUSTOM" for one or more sides below. (For example, BEACH SUNSET/CUSTOM or CUSTOM/CUSTOM) then selecting the appropriate number of custom sides in the Options below.

This bundle is for two double-sided Pillow Cover photo booth backrops. Double-sided means you can choose a different image for each side, giving you four backdrops for the price of two. We carry 2,000+ ready-to-go cover images from which you can select yours.

A custom design option is also available on this photo booth backdrop - if you are not happy with our stock designs, you are welcome to send us your own design, or to have our in-house designer work to create one with you.

These Backdrops are sized for our standard 7.6 (2,280mm x 2,250mm) stand. You can change them to True 8 x 8 (2,438mm x 2,438mm), 8 x 7.5 (2,438 x 2,286), or request custom sizing if your stand is NOT from PBBackdrops. We make every effort to ensure the pillow cover fits your specific stand.

Stand/Frame Sizing

These backdrops are made to fit standard 7.6 stands/frames. For a low cost, you can change the frame size in the option "Confirm your existing stand size." You can choose from the following:

  • Default backdrop size for our standard frames 7.6 (2,280mm x 2,250mm)
  • Sized to fit 8 x 7.5 (2,438mm x 2,286mm) PBBackdrops frames (Atlas with no Extensions)
  • Sized to fit True 8 x 8 (2438mm x 2438mm) PBBackdrops frames (Atlas with Extensions)
  • Sized to fit your custom stand1

1 We cannot guarantee an absolute fit for stands not manufactured by PBB, as we cannot verify the tube sizing. However, if you provide the sizing (in mm) in the options above, we will ensure the fit as close as possible.

The Blackout Backdrop (product addon) - What is it?

The Blackout Backdrop is designed to stop background light shining through - exactly as the name implies. You can use it on its own (it will be black) or in combination with more translucent pillow backdrops to block out background light. To learn more, click here.

PB Base Sox - Protective Backdrop Base Covers (product addon) - What is it?

Our PB Base Sox are designed to cover the exposed metal base on our Pillow Stands while adding an extra layer of protection between the stand and your client's floors. They are sold in pairs (2), and you get both a Black and a White pair. You can also choose a custom color. For custom colors, you must select the Custom Color option, then add your color in CMYK in the provided field. You also get two pairs in this color.

6ft Spandex Fabric Table Cover (product addon)

Made of quality elastic polyester fabric, this table cover adds an attractive, professional appearance to your event table while letting your customers know exactly what they need to do before getting their picture snapped: grab a prop, strike a pose.

Notice

Mermaid Pillow Backdrops, Rosette Backdrops, and Sequin Backdrops are NOT included in this bundle. These are all specialty items. You may choose from all the other designs located here: Pillow Cover Tension Fabric Designs

When choosing designs, note that for any that contain "sequins" or "sparkles," those sequins or sparkles are printed. They are not real!

Also, please note that these backdrops are custom-made to order and no returns on them are available.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. PB Backdrops is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Order Notes
  • All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders available upon request, for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
  • Returns: to see our Return Policy, please click here. Specifically: you MUST check your order within 30 days for errors in printing or construction so we may address them and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
  • AI & Stock Images: Stock designs may include elements generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. These elements are always integrated into custom compositions and finalized through professional design software to ensure image quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the use of AI-assisted tools in the design process.
