The Trifolding Easy Shelf Display installs fast, is multi-functional, and reusable (i.e., you can change out the fabric to update graphics). It works beautifully with your backdrop-and-stand, allowing you to extend your branding presence as well as add functionality. It also makes a fine display station all on its own - you can set it up anywhere, use it to display anything, and customize your graphics so your brand stays spot-on.

The Easy Shelf stands 7.5 feet tall, with the top shelf set at 4ft from the floor, allowing you plenty or room to display graphics and branding above. The shelves snap open or shut as needed (See the video below). Each shelf can support up to 11 lbs. 

Great as a tradeshow and expo "addon," but also excellent anywhere you need to display products or literature, whether it's a car dealership or store front or corporate lobby.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. PB Backdrops is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Product Order Notes
  • Production time for custom designs is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 7-10 days (ground shipping) to you if you are in the Continental U.S., ann additional 2-3 days outside the continental U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Please note that these products are made to order and therefore only exchangeable in the event of damage upon arrival. You must inform us of any issues within 72 hours of arrival.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
  • Returns: to see our Return Policy, please click here. Specifically: you MUST check your order within 30 days for errors in printing or construction so we may address them and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
