Our Backdrop - Large Tube is portable and ideal as a background display for trade show booths and photo shoots. These stands have telescoping 1.625" diameter poles that extend out, meaning they can adjust to various heights and widths. The stand also includes a travel bag, and the inserts are constructed with pole pockets.
This backdrop is meant for custom graphics, which we will print for you. You can send us a finished, ready-to-print design and we will print it at no extra charge (follow the specs below or download the instructions to get the specs). Or if you prefer, we can also create a custom graphic for you. This adds $50 to your price.

Can the Backdrop hardware adjust to a different size range?
Yes, the Backrop adjustable size ranges are Width: 75"-120", Height: 41"-106".
If you design it, can I proof it and ask for edits?
Yes, you can proof it. And yes, you get 1 edit included in the $50 design fee.
What if I'm using my own design. Can I proof that?
Yes, but there is a $10 proof charge.
How do I set up the artwork files for the Backdrop - Large Tube?
Your submitted graphic should fit the exact dimensions of the print you ordered. There are 3" pole pockets at the top and bottom of this graphic. The seams from the hemmed pole pocket will be visible 3" from the top and bottom of the graphic.
The illustration below shows the 8x8. For 8x8 sizing use 96"x96", for 9x8 sizing use 108"x96", and for 10x8 sizing use 120"x96"
Please make sure the graphic is 300mb or less and only send in jpg or pdf format. No other formats are accepted. Follow the instructions below to send your file.
If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.
If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

- Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
- When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

- Hawaii and Alaska, add 3-10 days to shipping to the standard time. Shipping is an additional $30-100 depending on your location.
- PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
