When used as a carrying case it can contain a 10'X10' booth (or anything else), along with the podium cover tension fabric - perfect for traveling to and from your event. Then open it up, set it up, and it transforms into a Podium or counter.
When set up as a podium it can hold up to 110lbs and stands 37" (3 feet) high. As a carrying case, it can hold up to 61lbs (with an inner size of 20" by 14" by 38").
You can change out the cover tension fabric with fresh advertising messages, further personalizing it for different events.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS
- Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
- When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).
Order Notes
- All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. Rush Orders available upon request, for an additional fee. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
- Hawaii and Alaska, add 3-10 days to shipping to the standard time. Shipping is an additional $15-$30 depending on your location.
- International Orders - the site does not currently calculate International Shipping Charges. After your order is placed we will contact you with your exact shipping quotes.
