Q: How to clean the tent?
A: Considering the coating on the fabric, you’d better not use the cleanser. Wiping the dirty places with gentle soap is a good choice.
Q: How do you pack the tent graphic and hardware?
A: Generally, we will pack the tent graphic, hardware, and wheel package separately to avoid damage to wheels in transportation.
Q: How to avoid the water leakage in outdoor use?
A: We will use hot air tapes in all seam lines to avoid leakage.
Q: How to maintain the stability of the tent in outdoor use?
A: Three ways to increase the stability are available for your option.

Product Care
All our table covers are washable with cold water and mild detergent. After washing, please use air dry or iron dry it at low setting. The life span of the table cover depends on both display and storage situations. Before storage, please make sure the whole piece is clean and dry.
If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.
If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.
