Designed and printed here in the USA, this stock-or-custom-design pillow cover backdrop ships Next Day (USA Destinations Only). The backdrop is double-sided, and you have three options for the graphics:
- Stock images on both sides
- Stock image on one side, custom graphics on the 2nd side (adds $25)
- Custom graphics on both sides (adds $50)
Please note that when choosing stock, you must choose from only the 1.500+ stock images. Any images/collections not shown in the Stock Images area cannot be selected. That includes the Everybooth Collection.
Ordering Times
Get your order in before 11am PST and the backdrop will be processed same day (i.e., images readied & printed) then shipped the following day via Federal Express Ground Shipping. If your order comes in after 11am PST, it will ship 2 days later with the same shipping method. Please call if you place your order after 11am and we will do our best to do same-day processing.
Backdrops from our USA Printer may be slightly larger on frames made to accommodate overseas backdrops stands. They will still stretch just fine over your stand - but the fit may not be absolute. Please take this into account when placing your order.

You can supply your own ready-to-print custom designs. However, if you need a custom design on one or both sides and aren't sure how to get it done, our in-house design team can help. Yes, we can create the design for you - all you have to do is explain what you need.

If you chose to use a stand other than ours we CANNOT guarantee fitment. This is for our standard size only.

The Blackout Backdrop (product addon) - What is it?
The Blackout Backdrop is designed to stop background light shining through - exactly as the name implies. You can use it on its own (it will be black) or in combination with more translucent pillow backdrops to block out background light. To learn more, click here.
These backdrops are custom-made to order and no returns on them are available.
If applicable, note that you cannot select Mermaid Pillow Backdrops here. They are a different product and can be found here. Also note that designs showing sequins and sparkles do not use real sequins and sparkles; the ones on pillow tension fabric are printed.
If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.
If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS
- Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
- When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).
Order Notes
- All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. production time is 48 business hours after order is placed and then Federal Express Ground Shipping.
- PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
- International Orders are not accepted on this offer.
- PB Backdrops and More is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We insure that the products will ship as promised but once it leaves our hands we have no control of shipping issues. No refunds will be given due to shipping carrier issues.
