This is a custom-sized product that requires a price quote. Please enter all the info below then proceed to checkout. You will not be charged when you check out. Once we receive your order, we'll be in touch within 4 hours (during normal business hours) with pricing.

Our Mesh Banners are custom-sized. We cannot know beforehand what size you will need, but we can promise that we'll deliver on your size.

This product is available for overnight shipping. But please note that the clock starts ticking on Overnight only *after* we have your completed graphics.

Speeds & Deadlines on overnight: Get us your print materials before 11am PST and it will ship next day using Federal Express Overnight Shipping. If you order on Monday before the 11am cut-off, for example, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. Please call if order is placed after 11am; we will do our best to do same day processing.

About our Mesh Banners

Our Mesh banners are printed on 10 oz. heavy-duty banner material. They are suitable for large outdoor advertisements where wind load is an issue. Mesh banners are printed with UV inks.

  • Single-Sided single piece maximum size 10’ x 145’ w/o pocket and 9.5’ x 145’ w/ pocket ; Double-Sided banners maximum size 9.5’ x 145
  • Oversized banners will be welded together (Double-Sided Banners are not available oversized)
  • High resolution digitally printed at 720 x 720
  • Optional double sided will be back to back sew together
  • Indoor and outdoor use, waterproof and UV safe printed with UV inks
  • Double sided banner features two banners sewn together

How to setup artwork files for pole pockets

Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. There is no additional bleed required. There will be a hemline across the graphic, it will be 2", 3", or 4" from the edge of the graphic depending on what sized pole pocket you order. The image below is an example of a 4' x 8' banner with 3" pole pockets:

Order Notes

  • If requesting Rush Shipping, production time is 24 business hours after order is placed and we have 100% print-ready artwork in hand, then Federal Express Overnight Shipping. Rush Shipping mean that if you order on Monday before the 11am cut-off, for example, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.
  • Standard production is is 48 business hours and 2-6 business days in transit depending on your location. If standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, add 3-10 days to the standard shipping time. Shipping is an additional $15-$30 depending on your location (billed seperately).
  • Please note that these products are made-to-order and therefore only exchangeable in the event of damage upon arrival. You must inform us of any issues within 72 hours of arrival.
  • Where applicable, PB Backdrops is not responsible for tension products ordered in the wrong size. If ordering a backdrop, we make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
  • International Orders - for sale in the USA only.
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We ensure that the products will ship as promised, but once it leaves our hands we have no control of shipping issues. No refunds will be given due to shipping carrier issues.

  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
  • Returns: to see our Return Policy, please click here. Specifically: you MUST check your order within 30 days for errors in printing or construction so we may address them and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
