How to select Stock Images

You can selecct from over 1,500 stock images, but please note that you must choose from only these stock images. Any images/collections not shown in the Stock Images area cannot be selected. That includes the Everybooth Collection.

To list your selected designs, enter their names below, for example, BEACH SUNSET/ABBEY ROAD

Note that the names MUST be exact. These are custom-built products; we are NOT responsible for an incorrect choice.

If using your own Custom Design instead of stock images, you have two options:

  1. You can give us your print-ready files for your custom design (no additional charge);
  2. You can have us create your design for you (requires a $50 deposit).

Maximum file size is 102400KB, file types are ai, pdf, psd, eps, tiff

The backdrop comes with top and bottom pole pockets (standard), top only pocket, or top and bottom and side pockets. You may select from our thousands of stock designs or provide your own custom design (there's no extra charge).

  • Custom sizing is available - but please check with us first before ordering.
  • Exact graphic dimensions: 96" x 96", with 3" pockets at top and bottom.
  • Pole Pockets: The graphic comes with top & bottom pockets. If you want top pockets only, please specify or it will come default with top and bottom.
  • Grommets are available if needed - but again, please check with us first before ordering.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Copyright Notice:

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. PB Backdrops is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Product Order Notes
  • All Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S. To be safe, select your need-by date in the "Date Needed" option at NOT UNDER 10 days after purchase if in the Continental U.S., 13 if outside the Continental U.S.
  • Rush Orders are not available on these backdrops
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for backdrops ordered in the wrong size. We make every effort to inform you of our graphics sizes. There are no Returns or Exchanges over sizing discrepancy since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
  • International Orders - the site does not currently calculate International Shipping Charges. After your order is placed we will contact you with your exact shipping quotes.
  • For additional information, see General Terms at the bottom of this page.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
  • Returns: to see our Return Policy, please click here. Specifically: you MUST check your order within 30 days for errors in printing or construction so we may address them and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
