This is for our older version of our pillow stand. This stand does not have a center pole or oversize bases and they can not be added at any time.
About the Pop Up Display
Easy to assemble, easy to store, looks terrific in action. Our 8 x 8 pop up consists of an accordion-style frame that stretches open and snaps into place. The dye-sub tension fabric graphics, sewn with velcro, then slip over the frame. The graphic wraps onto the side profile for full coverage endcaps. You may then attach lights to the top of the graphic-covered frame.
A Hard Case is also available. The hard Case transforms into a podium, with its own custom graphics, then back into a case for storing frame and fabric.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS
- Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
- When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).
Order Notes
- Production time is 24 business hours after order is placed and we have 100% print-ready artwork in hand, then Federal Express Overnight Shipping.
- Please note that these products are made-to-order and therefore only exchangeable in the event of damage upon arrival. You must inform us of any issues within 72 hours of arrival.
- Where applicable, PB Backdrops is not responsible for tension products ordered in the wrong size. If ordering a backdrop, we make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
