50mm Hex Aluminum Frame
Our 13x26 tents are equipped with super-duty 50mm Hex aluminum frames. And with the foldable frame and adjustable legs, our tents are convenient, portable, and easy to set up. Besides frames, we also provide wheel bags, ground spikes, sandbags, and rope options to satisfy your diverse requirements.
Product Care
All our table covers are washable with cold water and mild detergent. After washing, please use air dry or iron dry it at low setting. The life span of the table cover depends on both display and storage situations. Before storage, please make sure the whole piece is clean and dry.
Questions & Answers
Q: How do you maintain the stability of the tent in outdoor use?
A: Three ways to increase the stability are available for your option.
- Wind buckle with sandbag
- Adjustable buckle with webbing
- Velcros with sandbag
Q: How do you avoid water leakage in outdoor use?
A: We use hot air tape in all seam lines to avoid leakage.
Q: How do you clean the tent?
A: Considering the coating on the fabric, you’d better not use a cleanser. Wiping the dirty areas with gentle soap is a good choice.
Q: Can you customize the printing to match my hardware?
A: Yes, no matter where you get your display hardware and no matter which type of display hardware you have, we can print the exact graphics to match it.
Q: How do you pack the tent graphic and hardware?
A: Generally, we pack the tent graphic, hardware, and wheel package separately to avoid damage to wheels in transportation.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.
Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.
Your print files MUST adhere to the following:
- Template size specs must be observed
- Resolution: 150dpi
- File size MUST be under 300 MB
- Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
- PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.
Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.
Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.
Request Design Proof:
If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.
