Description

Our 10ft half wall can be custom-designed to fully match your 10x10ft, 40mm tube canopy tent custom graphics, and is ideal for events where you need a little extra separation from the crowd. You can add a single half wall, or set one on each side of the tent. The half wall is available with a crossbar for extra stability, but functions quite nicely without the crossbar.

For double-sided custom printing we add a center fabric to ensure the graphics don't bleed through in the light.

Waterproof and UV Resistant, the half wall (like the tent) uses 600D PU Polyester fabric, and is perfect for outdoor venues as well as indoor occasions.

Print Options for custom-designed half walls

You can choose single sided or double-sided half walls. For a double-sided half wall, we will insert a blockout fabric in the middle to prevent visibility from one side to the other.

(Optional) Crossbar

Optional: crossbars add a durable aluminium bar and 2 clamps for additional stability.

Product Care

Every time after the display event, please make sure the fabric top is clean and dry for storage, as a long time outdoor display and wrong packing may reduce the lifetime of the canopy tent. If there is any dirt on the fabric, please hand wash it with cold water and mild detergent.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

Template size specs must be observed
Resolution: 150dpi
File size MUST be under 300 MB
Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Order Notes

All Customized Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 business days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
Hawaii and Alaska, add 3-10 days to shipping to the standard time. Shipping is an additional $15-$30 depending on your location.
International Orders - the site does not currently calculate International Shipping Charges. After your order is placed we will contact you with your exact shipping quotes.
PB Backdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
