The 10×10 advertising tent or pop up tent is one of the most popular display solutions for almost all kinds of events and activities.

The tent top is printed and sewn 600D Polyester. Our dye sublimation printed tent top can ensure you clear and crisp color. If you want to be unique among the trade show booth, you definitely need a custom advertising tent.

Product Care

Every time after the display event, please make sure the fabric top is clean and dry for storage, as long time outdoor display and wrong packing may reduce the lifetime of canopy tent. If there is any dirty on the fabric, please hand wash it with cold water and mild detergent.

Questions&Answers

Q: Can the color of hems be consistent with the color of the tent?

A: Yes, we will choose the same-color hems based on the ground color of the tent.

Q:Can you make the canopy or the full wall in one piece?

A: Influenced by the limited sizes of fabrics, we will make two pieces stitch together professionally and seamlessly to ensure integrated and perfect logos.

Q: How to maintain the stability of the tent in outdoor use?

A: Three ways to increase the stability are available for your option.

Q: How to avoid the water leakage in outdoor use?

A: We will use hot air tapes in all seam lines to avoid leakage.

Q: How to clean the tent?

A: Considering the coating on the fabric, you’d better not use the cleanser. Wiping the dirty places with gentle soap is a good choice.

Q: Can you customize the printing to match my hardware?

A: Yes, no matter where you get your display hardware and no matter which type of display hardware you have, we can print the exact graphics to match it. 

Q: How do you pack the tent graphic and hardware?

A: Generally, we will pack the tent graphic, hardware, and wheel package separately to avoid damage to wheels in transportation.

 

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Design Proof:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Design Proof (see checkout options). This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the design proof - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
